So I followed the steps of the tutorial and performed group analysis by running mris_preproc, then mri_surf2surf and then mri_glmfit. Is that the correct way to do that? and in this case, can I include multiple continuous variables in my analysis (in the fsgd file)? Thanks again Inbal
