Is anybody here has experience with generating surface maps for animal using freesurfer? Is it fine for you to share your protocol for doing this? Do we need to generate any template for segmentation on a specific animal? We collected 3D anatomical at 0.5x0.5x0.5 mm on varian 9.4T, could it handle data at this resolution?
