I have been trying out the new recon-all-clinical algorithm. In the FreeSurferWiki on recon-all-clinical, it is not specified if I can add multiple scans (T1, FLAIR and T2, for instance) of the same individual in the recon-all-clinical command, similar to the old recon-all command. Is this possible in your new algorithm?
