as far as I can see -cortparc, -cortparc2, -parcstats, and -parcstats2 flags (and possibly beyond) of the autorecon3 stage do the parcallation. But I am not sure whether there have been any significant changes between your version and the current version of the FS, which could impact the results. In theory

recon-all -cortparc -cortparc2 -parcstats -parcstats2

could bring you to what you want.
