Hi Bruce, Thanks Bruce. I make a surface-based mask, which was blured by FWHM 10mm. Then I need to binarize this mask, and I find that I can get a appropriate mask if I threshold the half of the maximum value of vertex across whole surface. Thanks again. All the best. Rujing Zha
