Dear freesurfer experts,

when running the createMorph function an error of shared libraries occur.

createMorph: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_program_options.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I searched for such shared library and although I have a different version I do not have this specific.

/usr/lib/libboost_program_options-mt.so /usr/lib/libboost_program_options.so.1.49.0_orig /usr/lib/libboost_program_options-mt.a /usr/lib/libboost_program_options.so /usr/lib/libboost_program_options.so.1.49.0 /usr/lib/libboost_program_options.a

Updating the libboost did not worked and I couldn’t find any useful suggestion on the web.

I am running freesurfer under Ubuntu 13.04 I would appreciate any suggestion.
