Dear Freesurfers, I have used mris_make_face_parcellation to divide the brain into smaller parcellations and then used mri_annotation2label to generate the labels. However, the problem is that the labels are ordered based on numbers and it is not clear which label belongs to which parcellation. For example, I would like to use lh.aparc.annot as parcellations. Can you please help me what should I do?

Or is there anyway to figure out how to assign a parcellation (e.g. superior temporal) to the small labels generated based on mris_make_face_parcellation?
