hi guys i'm getting a 'Couldn't create output file .xdebug_tkmedit' before loading volumes, any suggestions on what I can do would be most welcome. Also got:
ERROR: A segfault has occurred. This is not your fault, : but is most likely an unrecoverable error and has : made the program unstable. : : Please send the contents of the file .xdebug_tkmedit : that should be in this directory to freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu : : Now exiting... :
When taking a volume snapshot and then freesurfer shut down but there's no file for me to send you, I've just installed on a mac lion v5.3.0
