I have a functional volume, and a surface (occipital lobe cut, not the whole cortext) and I want to create *.w file using mri_vol2surf.
mri_vol2surf gives me "segmentation fault", probably because the volume and the surface do not match.
Could someone give me a clue on how to create a *.w file using mri_vol2surf when functional is whole and anatomical is only partial surface of the whole cortex?
Thanks in advance. Nam.
Did you visually verify that the registration is correct? See tkregister2 --help.
Also, we cannot give you much help unless you include the full command-line you used (not just the name of the command!), the screen output, and log file (if there is one). Without these things, it is likely that your request will find it's way to the bottom of the priority pile very quickly!
