In my study, I have to show more than 10 functional condition with different colour, I want to know how to define a certain colour in a certain functional condition, and show it using tksurfer.
Create labels for each one. Then merge the labels into an annotation with mris_label2annot. You supply a color table in which you can choose the colors you want. doug
