Dear FS users,
Please have a look at the attached fig: As shown on the left (using Tkmedit), you will see some "straight lines", but they were not shown if using other software package (ex: mipav - on the right). Do you know what might be wrong on tkmedit ? Thanks in advance !!

The image is perhaps not conformed or not in RAS space and so tkmedit is resampling it. Allison
