External Email - Use Caution

Hi, I am currently following the tutorial within your wiki at https://secure-web.cisco.com/1FhH_mVr-gZRnmOt8bSFGdT80u9kDmY3jmw7_fkHsGRV8qn... I am reading the pdf-file Vbox_load_image.pdf at page 10, where I am attempting to boot up ubuntu.
