The intra-cranial volume and brain mask volume values for a subject are found in the file:

<subj>/stats/aseg.stats

For example, these lines:

# Measure Brain Mask Volume, 1730270.000000, mm^3 # Measure Intracranial Volume, 1749933.628587, mm^3

This file is created after -autorecon2, since the aseg.mgz volume is necessary to perform the calculation.
