I have used trac-all on the cluster where I have an account. I am able to start both prep and post part as qsub process. Are there anyone who has modifed trac-all to be used with qsub in such a manner that a single node then submits jobs to other nodes? Or is there a path I should use to make trac-all work with PBS/torque. I have been able to use trac-all from the frontend of the cluster.
