To whom it may concern,

When running the hippocamapal subfield segmentation routine on the left hippocampus for a normal subject (early Parkinson) I get the following segmentation fault error:

kvlSegmentHippocampalSubfields.sh: line 18: 29522 Segmentation fault kvlSegmentWithoutGUI configurationFileSegmentationWithoutPartialVolumingButAfterUpsampling.txt

After looking at the recon-all.error log file, this appears to be the only error occurring. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
