Hi, Does anyone know if its possible to use options with create_subject and inflate_subject in the command line (eg., one hemisphere only). I've been unable to bring up the usage (e.g, -u or -help). Thanks, Alex
inflate_subject also runs mri_fill, which is before the split into hemispheres. If you have already done this you can run inflate_subject-?h.

You can also use recon-all-nmr, which allows you to select a hemisphere (and does a lot of other neat things). Run with -help to get loads of docs.
