External Email - Use Caution

Dear experts,

I'm trying to use freeview to analyse the freeview outputs. I am able to load all the surfaces and volumes onto freeview but I can't see anything on the viewing planes in all 3 slices and 3d views. I have tried to install freesurfer on a completely new device and still the problem persists.

I've searched the list and no similar errors have been reported. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to trouble-shoot this one? Also, I've attached the screenshot of freeview window for reference Hope you could help me resolve this.
