Hello, I need to parcellate the brain in "standard areas" (eg. prefrontal, occipital, temporal, etc.).

I have a MAC and I did the parcellation with the new binaries that Kevin Teich sent me. What I have is a multicolor brain painted in tiny pieces. Is this correct?

What I am interested is to calculate the gray matter volume (with mris_anatimical_stats) of some "standard areas". How can I do this?
