Hi Bruce, Doug and community,

When I compare brainmask (exported es nifti) with ascii pial surface it seems that brainmask(XZY) = ascii(XYZ), where the point of origin in the brainmask must be set to 128,128,128. Is this correct? If so, what is the maximal aberration expected in millimeters per axis and how to calculate it?
