Hi all, I am trying to run 2x3 factorial model correcting for age, sex and intracranial volume. Just to give you insight in my data I have my fsgd file as

I'd appreciate if anyone could please let me know that my design is correct.

I think the last contrast should be of the form
1 -1 0 -1 1 0 1 -1 0 -1 1 0 1 0 -1 -1 0 1 1 0 -1 -1 0 1
but I only looked over it briefly so you should double check that it makes sense. The others look ok doug
