the script:

talairach <subject name>

generates the file $SUBJECTS_DIR/<subject name>/mri/transforms/talairach.xfm

it should also add a line to the mri/*/COR-.info file to indicate the talairach transform exists. If you run it after the recon, you may need to edit these files directly to copy the line from the orig/COR-.info file.

I've been struggling recently with trying to generate the transform matrix for the Talaraich coordinate data in TkSurfer. I've installed the MNI packages into the directories specified by the installation files. If someone could perhaps shed some light on which files the Freesurfer package utilizes to generate the talaraich transform matrix and which path it is looking for to find these files that'd be great.
