Dear Freesurfer users
We are doing an analysis on cortical thickness and we are not sure whether to include the mean cortical thickness as a covariate of no interest in our statistical model.
Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance Best regards Juergen

In general, you do. Sometimes it is of no interest, and sometimes it is what you are interest in.
