Hi All,
I'm sure I'm going to sound like an idiot here. We were wondering how the sulcal volumes are calculated, ie what exactly does it measure? Is there any reason to add in sulci with gyri measures for a more complete ROI, etc.
Thanks again

Hi Marilisa,
it depends what you are trying to accomplish. The other parcellation we create by default (the Desikan/Killiany one) only has gyral labels, but Christophe chose to label the sulci and gyri separately. Certainly you can combine them into larger aggregated labels if you choose.
