I had obtained the ROI label from Freesurfer, the following I want to obtain the FA value from DTI in this ROI, what should I do? Thanks!

Hi Bo, look at the multimodal integration tutorial on our wiki; there is an example of just this. You will need to register your dti with the anatomical (bbregister), then run mri_segstats using the registration matrix and the FA volume. doug
