Hello All, Is there a FreeSurfer tool that will copy header information from one image to the other with the same dimensions. I tried mri_copy_params but it did not change the whole header, notably fov, startz, and endz.
You can try something like mri_convert --in_like template.mgz yourfile.mgz yourfile2.mgz
