External Email - Use Caution

Dear FS team,

I am using FreeSurfer (v7.1.1) and would like to change the internals of segmentSubjectT1T2_autoEstimateAlveusML for my own analysis. The source code is available, but I don't know how to convert segmentSubjectT1T2_autoEstimateAlveusML.m to Matlab binary. I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me.
