External Email - Use Caution
Hello,
I have a question and I couldn't find any answer in the archive. We have clinical T-1 (post-contrast) images, can we use them for subcortical analysis? I know they can't be used for cortical thickness analysis.
Thank you!
yes, I imagine it should be fine, depending on resolution and CNR. Try running them through recon-all and see. Generally surfaces are ok with post-contrast also, although thickness might be messed up by the contrast brightening the dura.
