It looks like you have a Mac. You can get mris_divide_parcellation for that here:
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/fsdev/nicks/dev
macppc directory is for the PowerPC, macintel dir is for the new Intel Macs.
