Hi all, quick question, I'm wanting to install freesurfer on our local linux computer, and it is running Fedora 9... but there doesn't appear to be a redhat 4.5.0 release? only the CentOS versions, so which should I use?

The CentOS release should work for you. CentOS is a variant of RedHat Enterprise Linux, related to Fedora.
