Hello all, I was wondering what type of algorithms/process mri_synthesize uses to compute the output. It appears to be a simple addition function because synthesized volumes appear much brighter in intensity than the component volumes. Is this correct? Thanks, Thang

no, it runs the estimated T1/PD maps through the flash forward model to synthesize images.
