Hi Douglas, Thank you for your quick reply. I have tried again with two discrete and continuos factors. The same error of mri glmfit --y still appears towards the end. I have attached a more detailed version of the error for your reference. Any suggestion will be much appreciated. Cheers! Toh Wong
