1) We don't yet have a system with the new Leopard OS, but have it on order, so we should be able to test this soon. Does the file /usr/X11R6/lib/libexpat.0.dylib exist on your system?

2) There is not a way that I know of to regenerate the aseg.mgz file using the surfaces. There are the ?h.ribbon.mgz files though, which are based on the ?h.white and ?h.pial surface files.

and re-generated all the surfaces. One thing I realized is that the aseg.mgz does not follow the surfaces as it is processed before the surface reconstruction. Is there any way to re-generate the aseg.mgz using ?h.pial, ?h.white?
