I answered this yesterday - did you not get it? Probably matlab would be the easiest way to do this, or you could use mri_binarize (or mri_extract_label) to copy out the labels you do want.

Dear FreeSurfer experts, I have used "mri_aparc2aseg" in order to map my parcellation file to a volumetric file, but in the end I wanna exclude some regions which I know their labels.
