Hi all,

I ran 'process volume' and 'create surface' and found that brain stem was attached to the left inflated brain. So, I editted 'wm' slices and got rid of the parts related to the brain stem in all slices. and ran 'create surface' again, but no change took place in the 'inflated brain'!!!

Would someone suggest a solution to this?

p.s. I ran 'recon-all' but it didn't make a difference, either.
