Hi Gonzalo,

Download the .tar.gz files for the versions you're interested in and extract to different directories. https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/

Then to run a particular version, set the environment variable FREESURFER_HOME to the install directory of version you would like to use, then run

source $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh

if using a bash terminal, or

source $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.csh

if using a C shell terminal.
