Freesurfer people,
Is there an option for freeview scripts to hide the coordinate labels in 2D view? They are appearing in screenshots and I want to get rid of them.
Chris.

Hi Chris,
Within the File menu of freeview, there will be a 'save screenshot as' button where you will be given the option of hiding the cursor, coordinates, and scale bar.
Hope that helps, Jocelyn ________________________________ From: freesurfer-bounces@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu freesurfer-bounces@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu on behalf of Chris Adamson chris.adamson@mcri.edu.au Sent: Friday, November 13, 2020 6:45 AM To: freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu Subject: [Freesurfer] Freeview - hide coordinate labels in scripts for screenshots {Disarmed}

Jocelyn,
I need to hide them in a script, not by using the GUI.

Hi Chris,
There is no command-line option to hide them explicitly. But there is a workaround. You can change the options to hide them in the GUI and then close freeview. It will save the options as default. Then you can just run your script.
Best, Ruopeng
