Hi experts,
I was wondering if there is any tutorial or example on FIR analysis. I don't know where to start.
I need to look at the time course of some voxels. I have a localizer session and the main experiment. I am intending to find the ROIs in the localizer scans and then extract their time course activation in the main experiment scans.
I have done the recon-all successfully. Then in my localizer scan, I did preproc-sess, mkanalysis-sess with FIR 6 24 flag, mkcontarst, and selxabg3. Now, I am lost.
Sorry for my naiive question.
Thank you,

You can visualize it with tkmedit-sess or tksurfer-sess for the individual. It will automatically see that it is an FIR analysis and load the time courses (you may need to add the -tkmedit/-tksurfer flag because it only works in the old tkmedit/tksurfer programs). If you want to visualize them in the group, you can use run isconcat-sess. It will also auto detect the FIR and create average FIR maps which you can then visualize
