The course covers the theory and practice of functional, structural, diffusion and resting state brain image analysis. New and existing users of FSL are welcome, as it aims to cover both basic and more advanced topics. The course will include: 1- Lectures: background concepts and practicalities of the analyses; 2- Hands-on practicals: you will learn to carry out analysis on real data. The contents covered are primarily aimed at applications in basic neuroscience and clinical research. Please note that the course will be in-person only, with no remote attendance option. For COVID safety, including masking policy, please refer to the link above. Number of attendees is limited and spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
