Thanks, Doug,
By any means, does the following register.dat look incorrect?
subjid 3.800000 5.000000 0.150000 1.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 1.000000e+00 -1.525879e-05 0.000000e+00 -1.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 0.000000e+00 1.000000e+00 round
Nam.
I'm a little skeptical. It says that your functional is *perfectly* axial with respect to your anatomical. Usually the off diagonal terms are not exactly equal to 0, and the diagonal terms are not exactly equal to 1. But, the final arbiter is whether the registration looks ok when you check it visually.
The subjid should be your subject name as found in $SUBJECTS_DIR
