External Email - Use Caution

Hello Gonzalo, We’re aware that some binaries will not run on older Intel processors that do not support AVX instructions.  You could try running it on a different machine with a newer intel CPU.  We’ve also has some reports about this on Apple hardware with M1 processors and are looking into it. - R.
