All,
I'm attempting to create some spherical ROIs around peak activated voxels in the volume. Is there anything similar to the label dilate function for use in the volume?

New subject: searching for a method of declaring spherical ROIs in the volume
Hi Avram,
mri_morphology implement general morphological operations on volumes, including dilation. You'll need to convert the .label to a .mgz if that's what you're using, then back to a label.
