Dear FreeSurfer experts,
I am unable to run the qcache procedure and was wondering if anybody could help me find what is going on.
I've tried running qcache with several versions of the fsaverage (e.g., fsaverage5, fsaverage6, fsaverage), and have also tried running it in a variety of subjects but they all crash.
Thank you so much for you help.
All the best,
Fred

Hi Doug,
My original email had the full error log but it was waiting on the administrator for approval to post because it exceeded the limits.
Attaching it here though hoping it goes through.
All the best,
Fred

This is just the recon-all.log file for one of your subjects. What I need to know is how you are running qdec (eg, the the table file and the settings you used for analysis). Saying that it "crashes" is not informative as things can crash in many ways for many reasons. Please describe in more detail? What is the terminal output when it crashes?
