Hey there,
I have a very bad Talairach transform failure (from recon-all). The images from tmedit and tkregister2 are attached. The dataset itself is an unremarkable mprage, whose resolution etc. have worked for other subjects. The transformed output is rotated oddly leading to much stretching and badness. I played with aligning the transform in tkregister2 but it is too far out of alignment. How would I go about fixing this?
(dataset was originally an AFNI brik and was converted to nii, if that gives clues as to the coordinate issue)
Thanks, Jen
Hi Jen
does the orig.mgz look right in tkmedit? That is, is axial really axial, coronal really coronal, etc...?
