Hello,
I'm running recon-all on a file and and running into an unfamiliar error. This error has been mentioned previously in the archives with no clear answer (see below for previous emails), and just as in that case, the brainmask.mgz looks reasonable. The recon-all.log is attached. Any idea what is going on? Its failing finally here: mri_ca_register -invert-and-save transforms/talairach.m3z
