Hi everyone, I'm new to FreeSurfer. I'm so confused with the difference between mri_convert --in_orientation and mri_convert --out_orientation. Do they all reslice the volume? How do they modify the header files of the volume? I wish someone could explain the difference between them in detail. Thanks!
