Does mri_convert cause any loss in resolution when converting from DICOM to COR format? What about from DICOM to MGZ? Thanks, Sasha

dicom to COR will interpolate to 1mm, so yes it will lose some resolution (unless the input data is 1mm). To .mgz won't unless you specify --conform
