Hi All,
I use QDEC to compare two groups differences, find some regions with significant differences. Considering this regions as ROI, i want to extract the mean thickness of ROIs for every subject, then compute the correlation between mean thickness and some scales . My questions is : should I extract mean thickness from the individual space or the common space?
Any advice would be most appreciated

If you have an ROI that is defined by statistical activation in the group analysis, it is not necessary to map that back to each individual (and will certainly be more complicated to do so). Instead, create a label and run mri_segstats with the --slabel optionand using the y.mgh as input and specifying an output with the "--avgwf avg-in-label.dat". This will create a file called avg-in-label.dat with a list of numbers in it.
