stable3-pub is the same as stable3, minus a few items not meant for public distribution.

for nmr center users, freeze stable3.

Hi,

in /usr/local/freesurfer/, there is stable3 and stable3-pub. What is the difference between these two; our group is interested in freezing a copy but not sure which one to pick.
