External Email - Use Caution
Dear free surfer developers,
1.
I processed several items of data. And I have rh.w-g.pct file in my stats folders.
How can I get process this file to get table reading file? I tried to use asegstats2table and aparcstats2table but it didn’t work. I tried to find appropriate script in $FREESUFER_HOME/bin folder. But it doesn’t help.
Could you provide me with necessary information about getting of stats from rh.w-g.pct to table file like asegstats2table?
2.
I try to execute asegstatsdiff script from the command line (Mac Os). There is a message appears «if: Expression Syntax.» In the header of this script the string «#! /bin/tcsh -f» is written. So, How I understand I need to use something else instead of bash, isn’t it?
Best regards, Anton Troitskii.

Use asegstats2table --stats=lh.w-g.pct.stats then add the other standard arguments

This command is not meant to be used externally. We use it internally only for testing
