I'm not sure we looked at the reliability of other measures averaged within the parcellation units. David Salat (ccd) may have done this.

Have there been any published reports of the reliability of the gyral-based measures in FreeSurfer? I've seen several papers assessing reliability but have been unable to find one that looked at reliability of cortical thickness, volumes, etc associated with the gyral based parcellations.
